Introducing Civil Pours' first spirit collaboration! The gin that serves as the base for this Gin Smash cocktail was specially made for us by Reid's Distillery, another local Ontario craft distiller also based out of Leslieville, Toronto. We designed the gin together to be truly London Dry in style, serving as the perfect canvas to which we've added vacuum distilled lemon and basil, as well as blackberry. Refreshing and nuanced, this pinked-hued cocktail tastes even better than it looks!
