In 2022, Civil Pours was born – a collection of ready-to-pour premium cocktails that are sustainably crafted using proprietary technology and techniques.
It all started in a cocktail-making class taught by Nick Kennedy. After a captivating session with two inspired students, an idea was concocted to innovate the cocktail space. Time passed, experiments were conducted, and perfect cocktails were crafted.
