Local Coffee

We source locally roasted and ethically sourced coffee from our friends at Detour Coffee.

Zested or spent citrus, sourced from bar programs, is reborn as vibrant lime, orange, and other citrus distillates.

Cacao Husks

Rescued from chocolate production, spent cacao husks undergo a transformation, becoming the essence of delectable cacao distillates with chocolate notes.
